Driver
As a Driver with Transportation with Care Inc., you’ll be the face of our company. You’ll provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for clients to medical appointments, the airport, and other destinations. Ideal candidates are professional, punctual, and patient, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements: Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, background check, and great communication skills.
Dispatch
The Dispatch Team is the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll coordinate driver schedules, manage trip assignments, and handle real-time communication between clients and drivers. Attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills are key to keeping everything on track.
Requirements: Strong multitasking skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Cleaning Crew
Keeping our vehicles clean and presentable is essential to maintaining client comfort and safety. As part of our Cleaning and Maintenance Crew, you’ll wash, sanitize, and inspect vehicles daily, ensuring they’re ready for every trip.
Requirements: Attention to detail, dependability, and pride in keeping vehicles spotless.
Monitor
Our Driver Assistants support both our drivers and passengers to ensure every trip runs smoothly. You’ll help clients in and out of vehicles, secure mobility devices, and provide an extra level of care for those who need it most. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in making a difference.
Requirements: Friendly attitude, ability to assist passengers safely, and reliability.
Office Staff
Our Office Team keeps everything running behind the scenes. From scheduling rides and managing client information to handling billing and customer service, this role ensures that operations run efficiently and professionally.
